The team, consisting of three dynamic women, has been practicing Real Estate for a combined total of 60 years.  Pat and Bev started their careers in the early eighties with their builder husbands, interior designing and selling some of the most prestigious and luxurious homes on the Main Line.   Since the late nineties they have expanded their horizons to Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding tri-county areas.  Pat and Bev were joined in 2004 by Lauren Kolea, a graduate of The Shipley School and Boston University.   Possessing a family background in development and sales, Lauren is a natural in the field.
